VOLUNTEERS
All of the people that help to run Sunshine FM are volunteers. Each member willingly gives up their spare time each week because, like its listeners, they too love the station and its music. Sunshine FM currently has over 50 volunteers offering their services to the station.
Community Radio generally relies heavily on the hours and creativity offered by our volunteer workers, Sunshine FM’s approach to the role and contribution of volunteers has tremendous impact on organisational character and it is an important factor when evaluating our overall performance in serving the needs of the community.
